These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Reset IV LLC (“Reset IV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, mobile applications, and any content, functionality, and services offered through them (collectively, our “Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.



By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Platform.


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our Platform or notification by email. Your continued use of our Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Please review these Terms periodically and check the “Last Updated” date above.

Medical Disclaimer

Our Platform enables you to request intravenous hydration and related wellness services provided by licensed healthcare professionals. It is important that you understand the following:


  • Reset IV is not a licensed healthcare provider and is not engaged in the practice of medicine. The healthcare professional who treats you is responsible for providing your medical services, not Reset IV.
  • We provide marketing, management, and technology services to licensed healthcare professionals and providers.
  • Our Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or other qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on our Platform.
  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
  • All treatments featured on our Platform are elective wellness treatments administered by licensed healthcare professionals. They are not intended to treat or cure any disease.


Reset IV does not condone, recommend, or encourage excess alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly. Reset IV reserves the right to refuse facilitating services to anyone, for any reason, regardless of any physician’s assessment.

Your Use of Our Platform

Subject to your acceptance of these Terms, Reset IV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use our Platform for personal, non-commercial use. To access our Platform, you may be asked to register and maintain an account, which may include your payment information. Reset IV reserves the right to require valid identification before providing any services.



You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are also responsible for your device’s security, backup, and maintenance.

How We Handle Your Information

Reset IV collects personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, home or work address, and phone number. We also collect anonymous demographic information and data about your device and usage of our Platform. This information is used to operate our Platform, deliver services you have requested, and inform you about other services available from Reset IV.


We do not sell, rent, or lease customer lists to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send communications, provide customer support, or arrange deliveries. All third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to Reset IV and are required to maintain confidentiality.

Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy

You agree to pay the full amount for all scheduled services when a booking is made. By placing an order, you authorize Reset IV to charge your credit card or other payment method for applicable fees, charges, and taxes.


Cancellation Policy:


  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.
  • Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge for the full payment amount.
  • Cancel by emailing Customercare@resetiv.com or calling 1-844-387-4870.
  • Refunds are not issued for missed appointments.


Refund Policy:


Reset IV will issue a refund if the designated medical professional is unavailable and cancels within 4 hours of the scheduled arrival time. If the medical professional determines you have misrepresented your health information or you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment, services will not be rendered and the full payment amount will be charged.


Reset IV may offer expedited services for an additional fee.

What You May Not Do on Our Platform

You may use our Platform only if you are 18 years of age or older and only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:


  • Disable, damage, impair, or interfere with the functioning of our Platform, its security, or related servers and networks
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of our Platform
  • Rent, sell, sublicense, assign, or transfer any part of our Platform to any third party
  • Remove or circumvent any copy protection, rights management, or security features
  • Threaten, harass, stalk, spam, or violate the legal rights of other users
  • Post or transmit harmful code, viruses, or any material that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use of our Platform

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Platform and all content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Reset IV, its licensors, or third-party content providers. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Using our Platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.



If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other materials to us, Reset IV owns all rights to those submissions and may use them without restriction or compensation.

Third-Party Content

Our Platform may display third-party content or link to third-party websites. Reset IV is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of any third-party content. Access to third-party content is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms and conditions.

User-Generated Content and Communication

If our Platform allows you to post messages, upload content, or communicate with others, you agree to use these features only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to post content that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.



Reset IV has no obligation to monitor user communications but reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

OUR PLATFORM AND ALL INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESET IV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


RESET IV DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. RESET IV DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCE, OR OUTCOMES OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESET IV AND ITS MANAGERS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM OR SERVICES.



IN NO EVENT SHALL RESET IV’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR RESET IV SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE FILING OF SUCH CLAIM.

Your Obligation to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reset IV, our affiliates, contractors, and each of their officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

Termination of Access

Reset IV may terminate your access to our Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason. You may also terminate your use at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms end, and you must stop using our Platform. You remain responsible for any fees or charges incurred before termination.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without reference to choice of law principles. Any legal action related to these Terms must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.


TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM.



ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, THE CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

DMCA / Copyright Claims

If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request by emailing us (subject line: “DMCA Takedown Request”) or by mail. Include: identification of the copyrighted work, a signature of the authorized person, contact information, a good faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

Force Majeure

Reset IV is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, war, civil disorder, natural disasters, power failures, equipment failure, labor disputes, or third-party service failures.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. Reset IV may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.

Updates to Our Platform

Reset IV may provide updates to our Platform, including upgrades, bug fixes, and new features. You should install all updates promptly. Our Platform may not function properly if you do not.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reset IV regarding your use of our Platform. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
