How fast will I feel better?
Most clients feel the worst symptoms ease in 30 to 45 minutes. The anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory medications work the fastest. The hydration and B vitamins keep working through the rest of the day.
Can I get THE AFTERMATH™ if I am still drinking water?
Yes. The drip works alongside any water you keep down. Most people cannot drink enough water fast enough on a real hangover. That is why the IV makes such a difference.
Is it safe to mix these medications?
Yes. The anti-acid, anti-inflammatory, and anti-nausea medications in THE AFTERMATH™ are commonly used together for hangover and recovery care. Your nurse screens you for allergies and conditions that would make any one of them a poor fit. The full protocol is approved by our Medical Director.
What if I am pregnant or on prescription medications?
Tell your nurse during the screening. Some ingredients may not be right for you. Your nurse will adjust the drip or recommend a different one.
Do you come to hotels?
Yes. We come to hotels, homes, Airbnbs, offices, and event venues across our service areas. No travel fees. Bring your room number when you book.
How long does the appointment take from start to finish?
Plan on 45 to 60 minutes total. That includes check-in, vital signs, the Good Faith Exam, the drip itself, and removal of the IV.
Do I need a doctor's note?
No. The Good Faith Exam is part of your visit. Your nurse performs a short evaluation at the start of every Reset IV appointment. It is required by law for IV therapy.
Can two people get THE AFTERMATH™ at the same time?
Yes. Reset IV can dispatch two nurses to the same location for couples or groups. Book at the same time and let us know how many people.
What time of day is best to book?
Whenever you need it. We run 7 days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM. Most hangover bookings happen in the morning, but afternoon and evening slots are also available.
Will THE AFTERMATH™ work if I am still drunk?
The drip is built for the hangover side, not the active drinking side. If you are still actively impaired, your nurse will check your vital signs before starting and will recommend the best timing for you.
Will FSA or HSA cover THE AFTERMATH™?
FSA and HSA coverage depends on your plan. We provide an itemized receipt on request. Many clients submit those for reimbursement. Your nurse can also provide more paperwork if your plan needs it.
Can I book THE AFTERMATH™ the night before?
Yes. Many clients book the drip the night before a big morning. Pick your time when you book and a nurse will be there.
